AEM Assets & Sites Cloud Developer (6-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced AEM Assets & Sites Cloud Developer with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service to develop, manage, and optimize digital asset management and content delivery solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AEM Assets, AEM Sites, AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), and integrations with Adobe & third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Development & Customization :

- Design, develop, and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and dialogs.

- Implement AEM Assets & Sites features, including metadata management, renditions, workflows, and content delivery.

- Configure and maintain AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) environments.

Digital Asset Management (DAM) & Content Management :

- Manage AEM Assets, including ingestion, tagging, versioning, and publishing.

- Implement asset workflow automation and integration with third-party DAM systems.

- Optimize asset performance and implement AI-driven features for asset intelligence.

Integration & API Development :

- Develop integrations with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Commerce, and third-party APIs.

- Work with GraphQL, Sling models, and RESTful APIs to extend AEM functionalities.

- Configure AEM Dispatcher and CDN settings for performance optimization.

Cloud & Performance Optimization :

- Work with AEM as a Cloud Service to ensure scalability, security, and high availability.

- Implement caching strategies, indexing, and performance tuning in AEMaaCS.

- Automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Adobe Cloud Manager).

Collaboration & Best Practices :

- Work closely with UI/UX, backend, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless development.

- Follow best coding practices, security standards, and maintain proper documentation.

- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience working with AEM Assets, AEM Sites, and AEM as a Cloud Service.

- Strong expertise in Sling Models, OSGi Services, JCR Repository, and AEM Workflows.

- Hands-on experience with Adobe I/O Runtime, GraphQL, and RESTful API integrations.

- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTL (Sightly), HTML, CSS, and React/Angular (preferred).

- Experience in Dispatcher configuration, CDN caching, and performance tuning.

- Knowledge of Adobe IMS, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target integrations.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and Cloud Manager for deployments.

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in AEM as a Cloud Service environment.

- Understanding of Headless CMS, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and ability to work in an Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Manager Sites Developer (Preferred).

- Experience in AEMaaCS migration projects.

- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) features in AEM Assets.
