Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled AEM Adaptive Forms Front-End Developer with over 5 years of experience in creating dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly front-end solutions for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AEM Forms to build adaptive forms that integrate seamlessly with back-end systems. The candidate should have a strong understanding of web services and integrations to ensure a smooth workflow and user experience.

This position requires collaboration with back-end developers and designers to deliver high-quality AEM-based adaptive forms and workflows that align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Adaptive Forms Development : Design and implement adaptive forms in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring they are responsive and highly usable across various devices.

- Front-End Development : Develop dynamic and interactive front-end solutions using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular as needed.

- Integration with Back-End : Work closely with back-end developers to integrate AEM forms with back-end services and systems through web services and APIs.

- AEM and Sling : Leverage AEM's features for content management and workflow implementation. Use Apache Sling for dynamic web content delivery.

- Form Logic Implementation : Implement complex logic within adaptive forms and ensure that they are fully functional, scalable, and maintainable.

- UI/UX Design Collaboration : Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure that the form interfaces are intuitive, user-friendly, and adhere to best practices.

- Testing & Validation : Develop and execute JUnit test cases to ensure code functionality and form integrity.

- Cloud Services Integration : Work with cloud-based services and integrate forms with cloud solutions where applicable.

- Code Optimization : Optimize front-end performance and load times to ensure seamless user experiences.

- Troubleshooting : Troubleshoot issues related to forms and workflows, providing timely solutions to ensure a smooth end-user experience.

Required Skills and Experience :

- AEM Forms : Proficiency in AEM Forms and Adaptive Forms with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.

- HTML/CSS : Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design to create adaptable and dynamic forms.

- JavaScript : Solid understanding of JavaScript, including experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Java : Strong understanding of Java as it relates to AEM and Sling-based applications.

- Sling : Familiarity with Apache Sling for building dynamic web applications and content delivery.

- Web Services : Understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and integration with AEM forms and backend systems.

- JUnit Testing : Experience in writing JUnit test cases for code functionality validation.

- Cloud Services : Experience working with cloud platforms and integrating forms into cloud-based workflows.

- Problem Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

- Collaboration : Ability to collaborate effectively with back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality results.

Desirable Skills :

- Experience with Adobe Cloud services and integrating them into AEM forms.

- Exposure to JQuery, Bootstrap, or other front-end libraries.

- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

- Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
