Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled AEM Assets and Sites Cloud Developer with a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), AEM Assets, and AEM Sites, who can manage and deploy AEM solutions on cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with AEM Assets, Sites, and cloud technologies to build scalable, efficient, and user-friendly content management solutions in the cloud.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing AEM-based solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal content delivery across various channels.

Key Responsibilities :

- AEM Assets and Sites Management : Design, develop, and maintain AEM Assets and AEM Sites solutions, ensuring smooth content management workflows, asset handling, and site creation.

- Cloud Integration : Implement and manage AEM solutions on cloud platforms like Adobe Cloud, AWS, or Azure to ensure scalability and performance optimization.

- Content Delivery Optimization : Work on optimizing content delivery, managing assets and site templates in AEM, and ensuring high availability and performance in cloud environments.

- AEM Configuration and Customization : Configure and customize AEM to support business requirements, focusing on AEM DAM (Digital Asset Management) for handling large assets and Sites for web page management.

- Cloud Services : Implement and manage cloud-native services for AEM deployment, including services like AWS S3, Adobe I/O, and other cloud-based tools to enhance the performance of the AEM platform.

- Security and Compliance : Ensure AEM instances are securely configured, implement appropriate security protocols, and comply with regulatory standards.

- Collaboration : Work closely with back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and other teams to ensure seamless content management workflows and digital experience solutions.

- AEM Upgrades and Maintenance : Lead AEM platform upgrades, patches, and continuous improvements to keep the system up-to-date with the latest versions and features.

- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution : Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to AEM Assets, Sites, and cloud services, ensuring quick resolution of performance or functionality issues.

- Performance Tuning : Ensure that AEM solutions are optimized for performance, including asset caching, content delivery, and overall user experience.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) : Strong expertise in AEM Assets, Sites, and related technologies (AEM DAM, AEM Sites, AEM Workflows).

- Cloud Technologies : Experience in deploying and managing AEM solutions on cloud platforms like Adobe Cloud, AWS, or Azure.

- Web Technologies : Solid experience in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with JCR (Java Content Repository) for AEM-based web solutions.

- AEM Integration : Experience with integrating AEM with other systems such as CRMs, DAMs, external APIs, and databases.

- AEM Configuration and Deployment : Hands-on experience with AEM installation, configuration, customization, and cloud deployment.

- AEM Cloud Manager : Familiarity with AEM Cloud Manager for managing and deploying AEM solutions in the cloud.

- Content Delivery Networks (CDN) : Knowledge of using CDNs to optimize content delivery in cloud environments.

- Web Services and APIs : Understanding of REST APIs, SOAP web services, and integration techniques within AEM.

- Database Knowledge : Basic understanding of Databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) as related to AEM.

- Security : Familiarity with securing AEM instances in cloud environments, including role-based access controls, encryption, and other best practices.

- Version Control : Experience with version control systems like Git.

- Cloud Service Integration : Familiarity with AWS S3, Adobe I/O, and other cloud services related to AEM deployment and asset management.

Desirable Skills :

- Experience with AEM Forms and AEM Communities.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for AEM cloud deployments.

- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with Adobe I/O Runtime for building integrations with AEM.

- Experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic or Prometheus to monitor AEM performance in cloud environments.
