SAP EWM Fuctional Consultant - E2E Implementation (10-15 yrs)

Role Name : SAP EWM

Type : Hybrid role (2-3 days onsite)

Location : Chakan near Pune

Specific skills required :

- 10-12 years of overall experience in SAP, with strong expertise in logistics and warehouse management.

- The last couple of years must be with SAP S/4.

- At least 1 full-cycle SAP EWM implementation project experience, from blueprinting to go-live.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM functionalities such as warehouse structure, process types, handling units, stock removal and placement strategies, wave management, labor management, yard management, etc.

- Proficient in SAP EWM-Material Flow System (MFS) and EWM integration with external systems.

- Experience in integrating SAP EWM with other SAP modules like SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP QM.

- Hands-on experience with RF technology, barcode systems, and automation solutions related to warehouse operations.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.

- SAP EWM certification (preferred but not mandatory).

- Ability to lead workshops, conduct training, and provide post-go-live support.

- Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies in project management.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Able to work remotely, independently and flexible working hours to have maximum overlap with European working hours (CET time zone).

Responsibilities :

- Involve in business requirement collection, work with architects and experts to design the to-be solution.

- Prototype, demo, design & develop the solution, document the solution, including master data, involved in all testing, go-live and post go-live support activities.

- Perform configuration and writing functional specification for custom development as identified

- Collaborate with other designers and developers in designing and developing end-to-end solutions.

- Follow project delivery approach in producing the deliverables and meeting their milestones.

- Ensure effective communication with business and project stakeholders.

- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
