Oracle Revenue Management/Billing Consultant - Implementation & Support (5-10 yrs)

- Provide ORMB production support, analyze and resolve requests from finance users in a timely and efficient manner.

- QA - Validate that the functional enhancements are developed as per the requirement specifications.

- Generate data extracts and reports from ORMB to support business operations.

- Automate recurring tasks to increase operational efficiency and robustness of the system.

- Troubleshoot and resolve ORMB accessibility issues, ensuring users can reliably access and use the system.

- Troubleshoot and resolve batch and threadpool issues, ensuring the system performs optimally.

- Enhance functionality and resolve code issues using Java, SQL, and ORMB configuration tools.

- Deploy releases in production and non-production environments, ensuring system updates are implemented effectively.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB)

- Understanding to ORMB Data model

- Experience with ORMB configuration tools

- QA experience

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication skills to interact with finance users

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
