Working Hours : 5:00 PM IST to 2:00 AM IST (aligning with EST hours till 4:30 PM)

We are looking for a talented and experienced Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join our team. With over 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central solutions to meet our clients' business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirements Gathering :

- Work with clients and internal teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of client needs and expectations.

Solution Design :

- Design and configure Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central solutions that meet business requirements and optimize processes for various modules such as financial management, supply chain, manufacturing, and sales.

Implementation and Configuration :

- Lead the implementation and configuration of Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central, including module setup, data migration, system testing, and integration.

Business Process Analysis :

- Analyze and map business processes to Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central functionality, identifying process gaps and proposing effective solutions.

User Training :

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to end-users, ensuring they understand and effectively use the system for improved operational efficiency.

System Support :

- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve them promptly to ensure uninterrupted client operations.

Customization Coordination :

- Collaborate with technical teams to define and manage customizations and enhancements to meet specific client requirements and improve system functionality.

Documentation :

- Prepare detailed documentation for functional specifications, configuration settings, and user manuals to ensure proper system understanding and usage.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated on new features, updates, and best practices in Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central and proactively advise clients on potential improvements and system enhancements.

Stakeholder Communication :

- Maintain strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, issues, and resolutions.

Requirements :

Experience :

- 10+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central in a functional consulting role.

Proven experience in implementing full-cycle Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.

Functional Expertise :

Deep knowledge of Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central modules, including :

- Financial Management

- Supply Chain Management

- Manufacturing

- Sales and Service

Business Acumen :

- Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, distribution, manufacturing, and customer service.

Analytical Skills :

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable functional solutions that drive client success.

Communication Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving :

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and addressing them in a timely manner.

Project Experience :

- Experience in managing and executing full-cycle Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central implementations, including customizing solutions and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Collaboration :

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure smooth project execution.

Certification :

- Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central Functional Consultant certification is a plus.

Agile Methodology :

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
