Job Description : Manhattan iSeries WMS Product Specialist (PKMS)

Key Responsibilities :

Support and Project Activities :

- Provide Manhattan iSeries (PKMS) WMS product support and manage small projects.

- Drive order management and warehouse solutions.

- Offer inputs into the design and enhancement of future WMS systems.

- Knowledge Transfer and Team Development :

- Conduct knowledge transfer (KT) and knowledge management (KM) activities.

- Drive continuous training and skill development within the team.

Process Documentation and Analysis :

- Document WMS system processes for standardization and efficiency.

- Collaborate on solutions for complex warehouse operations challenges.

Required Skills and Experience :

Experience :

- 6 to 7 years of experience with Manhattan's iSeries WMS product (PKMS).

- Experience in supporting multiple clients, gathering requirements, and designing solutions with the product.

Technical Expertise :

- Proficient in testing, debugging, design, and analysis for WMS systems.

- Strong understanding of EDI/XML/Data Integrations and warehouse metrics/reporting.

Process Knowledge :

- Expertise in outbound shipping processes from distribution centers (DCs).

- Knowledge of inter-DC shipment processes, inbound to DC processes, and internal warehouse operations.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent multitasking, communication, and client management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple divisions, including Asia and Europe.

Preferred Skills :

Familiarity with industry best practices for warehouse management.

Experience with Manhattan's WMS metrics and data-driven decision-making.
