We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team with daily tasks and projects. This internship will provide hands-on experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations and procedures in a real-world corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process.
Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and assisting with orientation activities.
Assist with employee relations matters, including investigating and documenting employee issues and concerns.
Help maintain a positive work environment by participating in employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support the maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
Help prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
Requirement:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualification:
Students who are in the final year of studies and available for full-time internship for a duration of at least 4 - 6 months. Post internship subject to performance review, candidates will be offered a full-time role.
