Key Responsibilities :
Support the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining accurate employee documentation
Participate in recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives
Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement programs
Provide administrative support across various HR processes and ensure compliance with policies
Gain hands-on experience with HR tools and systems to streamline operations
Collaborate with the HR team to drive process improvements and best practices
