HR Intern

The Human Resource Intern plays a vital role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and HR-related activities. They contribute to the overall success of the HR team by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, record-keeping, and employee relations

• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and preparing job offer letters.

• Help develop and deliver onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives such as training and development programs, team building activities, and employee recognition programs.
• Assist in administering employee benefit programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
• Support the HR team in preparing reports and presentations related to HR activities and initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
