HR Intern

Responsibility

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating with relevant departments.
• Help maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks and projects.
• Learn and implement new HR practices and technologies as needed.

• Proven experience as an HR Intern or similar administrative role.
• Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and best practices.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Pursuing a bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• For Freshers: 3 Months Training in we'll Known Institute or Min 2 Months Work Experience or Internship

• Trainee/Intern

• B.B.A / MBA in Human Resources, management or a related field
• 60% throughout Academics
