We re looking for an ambitious HR Operations Intern to support our Human Resources department. In this role, you ll help develop HR policies and coordinate day-to-day activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment for everyone. This position offers a fast-paced setting with plenty of growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Update job descriptions and employee information
Help plan and implement employee engagement and wellness programs
Learn to implement company policies and monitor internal HR systems
Assist in recruiting and onboarding new hires
Provide guidance to managers and employees on basic HR policies
Respond to employee queries about compensation, labour regulations, and related topics
Support training and orientation programs
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive workplace
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of employment laws and labour regulations
Familiarity with HR tools or information systems (preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Interest in learning about compensation, benefits, and policy implementation
Pursuing or completed, MBA/PGDM in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
Additional details:
It s a paid, full-time internship requiring on-site work. The duration is 3-4 months, after which the candidate can be converted to a full-time employee based on ones performance.
