Work Timings: 9 AM - 6 PM IST

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Domestic Recruiter to join our team, specializing in both Non-IT and IT recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and attracting IT talent across India. This role requires a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT and IT roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and tracking systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an excellent experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize talent acquisition efforts.
• Contribute to employer branding by participating in conferences, summits, and social media campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in Non-IT, IT, and Life Sciences sectors.
• Expertise in headhunting and engaging passive candidates.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and job boards like Naukri and LinkedIn RPS.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
