7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift)

Working Days:
Monday to Friday (5-day workweek)

Experience:

2 to 4 years of experience, preferably in healthcare recruiting

Role & Responsibilities:

• Source and screen resumes for healthcare positions in the US market.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of healthcare professionals.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring seamless communication.
• Collaborate with team members to align with client hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment.
• Utilize job portals, social media, and other platforms to attract top talent.
• Provide timely updates and reports to the recruitment manager on candidate progress and key metrics.
