Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled US IT Recruiter to support the recruitment of IT professionals for healthcare clients. This role requires 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically within the healthcare industry, and expertise in sourcing candidates through job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn. A solid understanding of healthcare terminology (e.g., HIPAA, ICD-10, EHR/EMR), visa types (H-1B, OPT, CPT), and US tax terms (W-2, 1099) is essential for success in this position.

Required Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting for IT roles within the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed) and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Ceipal, iCIMS, Workday, or Greenhouse.
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology and IT systems (e.g., EMR/EHR).
• Knowledge of US visa types and tax structures.
• Excellent sourcing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
