Job Description

GSK Solutions INC is hiring experienced Healthcare Recruiters to support our US-based healthcare staffing operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in recruiting for positions like RN, LPN, CNA, and Physicians, with additional experience using the Careerstaff Portal as a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for healthcare roles such as Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and Physicians.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients in the healthcare industry.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Collaborate with clients to understand staffing requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
• Leverage job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools for sourcing.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on recruitment activities.

Mandatory Experience:

• Proven expertise in recruiting for RN, LPN, CNA, and Physicians roles.

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with the Careerstaff Portal is an added advantage.
