Key Responsibilities:
● Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, for various roles in
social media marketing.
● Collaborate with hiring managers to create comprehensive job descriptions and
qualifications.
● Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant employment laws.
● Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural fit and role-specific qualifications.
● Handle employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, confirmation, and exit
processes.
● Use greytHR for managing payroll, attendance, and employee records.
● Design and execute strategies for employee engagement and retention.
● Lead performance appraisal processes and identify development opportunities for
employees.
● Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment aligned with the companys
values.
Requirements:
● Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Minimum 4+ years of experience in HR, preferably within an agency or social media
environment.
● Proficiency in greytHR and other HR management tools.
● Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and associated job roles.

● Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention
strategies.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
● Familiarity with HRIS systems and knowledge of compliance and employment
regulations.
