Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Management & Capability Development:
    • Design and execute talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent.
    • Lead succession planning efforts, identifying high-potential employees and creating individual development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.
    • Work closely with functional heads and HR Business Partners to identify business-critical positions and ensure a robust succession plan is in place.
    • Implement and manage leadership development programs, mentoring initiatives, and career progression plans for employees.
  2. Employee Engagement:
    • Champion employee engagement surveys and analyze results to create targeted actions that enhance overall workforce satisfaction and performance.
    • Oversee the performance management cycle, ensuring timely feedback, goal setting, and performance reviews are conducted across the organization.
    • Support managers with coaching and development to drive high performance and address performance gaps.
  3. Learning & Development:
    • Collaborate with functional heads and HR Business Partners to design programs that support skill enhancement, leadership capabilities, and overall employee growth.
    • Monitor and track the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust programs based on feedback and business needs.
    • Utilize talent analytics tools and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent management programs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Special Projects:
    • Partner with CHRO, HR COEs, and HR Business Partners to work on various high-impact projects like EVP, Organization Design, Goal Setting, Change Management, HRIS Tools, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • MBA HR with 6-8 years of experience in talent management and capability development, preferably in the business services sector.
  • Well-versed with various talent assessment practices and methodologies.
  • Ability to conceptualize, design, and implement talent development programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret HR metrics.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
