Job Description
- MBA (preferred) with over 10 - 18 years of relevant experience in B2B sales to Banks, including RFPs and tendering processes in PSU Banks. •
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of customer organization; existing relationships with key customer contacts in respective territories will be a clear advantage.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning, prospecting to closing Orders.
- ATM Product and Services selling experience; prior experience at an ATM OEM or MSP may be beneficial.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decisionmakers.
- Exceptional prospecting and networking skills to generate new leads.
- Technologically savvy with a keen interest in automation and its application in the banking industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events
