Senior/Chief Manager - ( Enterprise Sales - Retire 100)

Role: Business Development - Enterprise Sales (Preferring Mumbai candidates only)

AT: Retire 100, A Fintech incubated by HDFC Life

Roles & Responsibility: Responsible for business development / pursuit process and will be lead in formulating and executing sales pipeline

• Create specific solution to meet specific ask by prospect thus by integrating cross BU/ services
• Initiate, build and sustain client relationships.
• Negotiate and participate in designing suitable packages
• Anticipate client need well beyond current engagements, adding value to the clients long-term business
• Conduct solutions-based selling
• Manage and collaborate with internal partners and businesses to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Leadership experience in managing, mentoring, monitoring high performing sales team.

Preferred Candidate profile:

• 8- 12 + years of BD/ sales experience in financial sector
• Broad understanding of financial services, product solutions and all aspects of planning strategies and concepts
• Client-centric skills including excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Education: Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred
