Qualification:
Essential MBA/ Postgraduate degree or diploma in Human Resource management / PersonnelManagement (2 years Full Time) from Institute of repute.
Desired: - Degree /Diploma / certification related to Talent Acquisition.
Experience:
Essential: Around 2-5years of experience as a corporate Recruiter in medium or small size industries.
Candidate should be well versedwith Job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Hain, Hirest, IIM Jobs, Monster etc.
Desired: Experiencein campus Recruitment / ATS applications would be an added advantage.
Exposure of hiring through HRIS Darwin Box , People Soft, SAP, success factor Etc.
Position description: Thisrole will own sourcing, Interview, Background verification and offerCoordination to hire new talent. The Job involves mainly coordination withconsultant freelance & hiring manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Posting on various Jobportals.
2. Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profile
3. Execute behavioural basedphone interviews, video conferences and/or in person interviews pre-screencandidates
4. Conducting first round oftelephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
5. Maintaining HR records, such as those related to joining, leaves, exit etc..
6. Preparation of CTC foroffering.
7. Preparing and submittingall relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement ofemployees in consultation with the management.
8. Conducting employeeorientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities includingpreparation of letters such as offer and confirmation.
Core Competencies:
1. Proven work experience as a CorporateRecruiter.
2. Solid ability to conductdifferent types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
3. Hands on experience withvarious selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, referencecheck etc.)
4. Hands-on experience withrecruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) orHuman Resource
5. Management Systems (HRMS)
6. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
7. Must have basic MS Excelknowledge to keep entries of interviewed candidates .
