Qualification:

Essential: Candidate should have Bachelor degree in any stream from recognized institute.

Desired: MBA/PG / Diploma in supply chain management / Material Management / / Business Administration, or a related field form any reputed institution.

Experience:

Essential: Minimumof 2 years of experience in a dispatch, logistics, or transportation role inany Manufacturing or service industries.

Desirable:

Experience in Best Manufacturing process.

Strong knowledge of dispatch software andGPS tracking systems.

Knowledge of transportation regulationsspecific to the region.

Customer service experience.

JobProfile:

DispatchCoordination: Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles, and equipment to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.

Monitor vehicle and driver performance toensure timely deliveries.

Adjust dispatch schedules as necessary toaccommodate unexpected events like traffic delays, weather conditions, orurgent orders.

ShipmentTracking:

Track the status of dispatched orders andprovide real-time updates to customers and relevant teams.

Use tracking systems and software tomonitor and document all shipments.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of dispatchactivities, including driver logs, delivery times, and customer interactions.

Ensure all dispatch documents, such asbills of lading and delivery receipts, are completed accurately and in a timelymanner.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all transportationregulations and safety standards.

Monitor and enforce adherence to companypolicies regarding vehicle use and driver conduct.
