Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) sector. This position involves managing end-to-end recruitment for billable positions across Pan India and supporting recruitment for non-billable positions based on bandwidth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hiring process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Billable Position Recruitment:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for billable positions across all locations in India.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, job descriptions, and business needs.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments in collaboration with the hiring team to ensure candidate suitability.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates, coordinating all necessary pre-employment processes.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics for billable positions.

Non-Billable Position Recruitment:

  • Assist in recruiting for non-billable positions as per bandwidth and availability.
  • Handle candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination for roles such as administrative support, HR, finance, etc.
  • Ensure a seamless recruitment process by providing the necessary support to hiring managers.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Maintain effective communication with hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of open positions and suggest improvements to the hiring process where necessary.

Recruitment Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, ensuring that all relevant data is recorded accurately.
  • Update recruitment trackers, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in the creation of recruitment dashboards and provide insights to leadership for decision-making.

Employer Branding:

  • Support the companys talent brand by ensuring a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.
  • Help in promoting the organization as an employer of choice within the IFM industry.

Compliance & Best Practices:

  • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in recruitment and the IFM industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting for both billable and non-billable roles within the IFM sector.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
