HR Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring manager and reporting manager to design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Explore opportunities within the hiring strategy to make the hiring process more efficient
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals, social media and recruiting agencies and follow it up by sourcing recruiting candidates post job posts
• Responsible to screen candidates resumes and job applications with regards to relevant knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Manage the recruiting system/tool
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the reporting manager
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Should display the highest level of work ethics and integrity

Role Requirements:

• Proven work experience of a minimum of 3-5 yrs as a recruiter
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Management Systems
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software and Human Resource Information/Management Systems
• Strong decision-making skills
• Degree/Certification in HR Management (preferably MBA). Specialization in Talent Acquisition and or Organizational Development will be a bonus
