Desired Candidate Profile
3-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Human Resources).
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or relevant discipline (e.g., Hospitality Management).
Strong understanding of generalistic HR functions such as joining formalities, hiring processes, selection techniques, unit HR management.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including hiring managers, candidates, and other departments.
