Job Specifications:
Hiring Technical Positions
Work Timings- 9:30am to 6;30pm
Responsibilities:
Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify qualified IT candidates.
Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Offer Negotiation: Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates.
Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Talent Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with candidates and potential hires, building a strong talent pipeline for future opportunities.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary ranges, and market conditions to attract top talent.
Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an attractive place to work.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the IT industry and technical roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and network effectively.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Experience in sourcing and screening IT candidates.
