Reporting Time: 9.15am, Hours: 9:30 am to 6.30 pm, Monday to Saturday

Primary Role

Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Serves as a mentor for junior team members, sharing best practices, providing guidance, and supporting team development.
• This role is integral to an organizations talent acquisition efforts, requiring both strategic insight and hands-on recruiting skills to attract, assess, and secure the best candidates for the companys growth and success.
• Operate under the guidance of Recruitment Supervisory Team to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions, interview questions and other necessary recruitment documentation
• Post job opening & source candidates through various channels not limited to job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, both in-person and virtual, and ensure a desired result oriented candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Manage communication with candidates and provide timely feedback to applicants
• Conduct background checks and facilitate employment contracts
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process and pre-onboarding period

Secondary Role

• Making travel arrangements for the team members
• General HR administrative tasks

• Upholds compliance, diversity, and mentors junior team members effectively.

Qualification

MBA / BBA / Graduate (Any) - Human Resources preferred
