ServiceNow Operational Lead - ITSM Module (10-12 yrs)

Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a ServiceNow Lead located in Hyderabad.

The ServiceNow Lead will be responsible for overseeing ServiceNow implementations, customization, and integrations.

They will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design solutions, and provide technical guidance and support for ServiceNow projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead ServiceNow design, development, and deployment.

- Oversee ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, and CSM implementations.

- Ensure best practices in coding, security, and scalability.

- Manage ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, IntegrationHub).

- Provide technical leadership and mentor team members.

- Monitor system performance, stability, and governance.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years in ServiceNow development & administration.

- Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Policies, ACLs.

- Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.

- ServiceNow CSA certification (CIS preferred).

- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
