Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Business Development located in New Delhi.
- The General Manager Business Development will be responsible for new business development, business planning, business relationship management, contract negotiation, and sales on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications:
- New Business Development and Business Planning skills.
- Business Relationship Management skills.
- Contract Negotiation and Sales skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing business strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in the IT or cloud services industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
- Business Planning: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with company objectives.
- Business Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Proactively address client needs and concerns to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team. Set sales targets, track progress, and provide coaching and support to maximize team performance.
- Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business development and sales.
