Your role As an Event Management Specialist, you will work on Integration of ServiceNow ITOM Health with multiple event sources and implementing/customizing event management module.
Required
At least 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM
Good Communication skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Role Description
Hands-on experience in implementing ServiceNow ITOM Health modules like - Event Management, HLA, AIOPS.
APIs and Integrations: Understand how to leverage ITOM APIs and integrate with external systems like CMDB, monitoring tools, and cloud platforms.
Experience in customizing event rules, alert rules and designing orchestration using flow designer.
Familiarity with IT operations and infrastructure management concepts, including network devices, servers, databases, and cloud environments.
Experience/Knowledge on ServiceNow ITOM modules like Discovery, Service Mapping and CMDB is an added advantage.
Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and integration with third-party tools and systems.
Scripting Languages: Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell is needed for writing custom scripts, automations, and integrations within ITOM workflows.
Database Management: Experience working with databases used by ITOM, such as MySQL, is beneficial for data manipulation and reporting tasks.
