Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Research and identify potential clients in target markets.
Maintain and update a database of leads.
Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media.
Client Relationship Management
Assist in managing relationships with existing clients.
Support client onboarding processes by ensuring all elements needed in the handover and in place and shared with relevant stakeholder
Proposal & Pitch Development and building
Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and pitches.
Tailor presentations to address client needs and showcase agency strengths
Market Research
Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and client needs.
Identify opportunities for new services or market segments
Coordination & Follow-Up
Setting up meetings with teams, ensuring attendees are aware of agenda, their roles, time of meeting, have access to decks etc.
Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
Qualifications
An MBA graduate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced understanding of marketing and advertising concepts.
Strong research ability with knowledge of models like SWOT analysis, PESTLE analysis etc
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
0-1 years of prior agency-related business development experience
