Objective:
As an Account Strategist at Clevertize Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, understanding their business objectives, and developing strategic marketing plans. Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
Strategic Campaign Planning : Develop and execute tailored digital marketing strategies that align with client goals, ensuring optimal results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with creative, media, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive and effective marketing solutions.
Client Reporting Analysis : Provide clients with regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Budget Management : Oversee campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Campaign Optimization : Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across various digital channels.
Market Research : Conduct research to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
New Business Development : Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
Client Presentation Briefing : Prepare and present strategic plans, proposals, and campaign results to clients, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
Skills Requirements:
Proven experience as an Account Strategist or in a similar role within a digital or Integrated marketing agency.
Excellent client management and communication skills.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and use data to optimize strategies.
