Regional Sales Manager

Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations, managing sales teams, implementing sales strategic initiatives, building customer relationships with top Architects, Contractors, PMCs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. RSM will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, develop and execute plans, and provide leadership and guidance to achieve company goals. This role requires strong managerial and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
