Human Resource Generalist

Role & responsibilities

1. Non-IT Recruitment:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT roles, particularly in Sales.
• Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates skills and qualifications. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely recruitment.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates and manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

2. HR Operations:

• Support HR operations such as employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation.
• Assist in maintaining HR records and updating employee data in the HRMS.
• Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and other operational HR tasks.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably in Sales recruitment.
• 2 year of HR operations work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools.
• Immediate or 1-month joiners preferred.
• Candidates with only IT recruitment experience will not be considered.
