ClarityTTS - Lead Full Stack Engineer - PHP/MySQL (7-10 yrs)

As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will drive both backend and frontend development, creating high-performance web applications using PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, React, and Vue.

You'll play a critical role in architecting solutions, optimizing performance, and fostering a culture of best practices across the team.

Experience with AWS and CSS frameworks is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Full Stack Development : Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using PHP for the backend and React/Vue for the frontend.

- Database Management : Optimize and manage databases (MySQL and MongoDB) to ensure data integrity and efficient performance.

- Front-end Development : Build responsive UIs using CSS frameworks, React, and Vue.

- Cloud Integration : Work with AWS services to deploy, scale, and manage applications in a cloud environment.

- Leadership & Mentoring : Guide and mentor junior developers, promote best practices, and ensure code quality.

- Collaboration : Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience : 7+ years in full stack development, with a strong focus on PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, React, and/or Vue.

- Front-end Skills : Proficient in CSS frameworks (e.g, Bootstrap) and responsive design.

- Cloud Skills : Experience with AWS services like K8S, EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.

- Leadership : Proven experience in leading development projects and mentoring team members.

- Problem Solving : Excellent troubleshooting skills, with an ability to quickly resolve technical challenges.

- Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- DevOps : Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

- Security Practices : Knowledge of secure coding practices and data protection measures.
