Role Overview :

As a Principal Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of travel technology.

This position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to design intuitive and impactful user experiences.

You will lead design initiatives, ensuring ClarityTTS continues to deliver world-class, user-centered solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Visual Design : Create compelling visuals and interface designs that enhance user interaction and engagement.

User Research : Conduct in-depth research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, translating insights into actionable design solutions.

Design Thinking : Apply design thinking methodologies to ideate, prototype, and validate product designs effectively.

Product Design : Lead the end-to-end design process, ensuring seamless integration of form and function across all platforms.

UX Research : Collaborate with stakeholders to define UX strategies, conduct usability testing, and iterate based on feedback.

Required Qualifications :

- Proven expertise in Visual Design and Design Thinking.

- Strong skills in User Research and UX Research methodologies.

- Extensive experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful design solutions.

- Proficiency in modern design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.

- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and drive cross-functional projects.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in the travel or SaaS industry is a plus.

- Familiarity with emerging trends in travel technology and automation.
