Job Overview :

As a Lead / Senior Front-End Developer, you will design and develop responsive, mobile-first web and mobile applications that deliver high-performance user experiences across devices.

Collaborating with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders, you will lead front-end innovation, establish best practices, and mentor junior developers to create scalable and consistent user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Front-End Development :

- UI Development : Design and develop mobile-first, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Component Management : Build and maintain reusable front-end components and libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.

- Performance Optimization : Implement best practices to optimize performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.

- Web and Mobile App Development : Extend development expertise to mobile applications using React Native and iOS frameworks.

Leadership :

- Team Mentorship : Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote adherence to front-end development standards.

- Process Improvement : Set and enforce front-end development best practices, including coding standards and testing protocols.

Collaboration :

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive, high-quality solutions.

- Stakeholder Engagement : Communicate technical details effectively with non-technical stakeholders and contribute to product planning.

Innovation and Continuous Learning :

- Technology Trends : Stay current with advancements in front-end technologies, tools, and frameworks, including mobile-first approaches, and integrate them into projects.

- Testing and Quality Assurance : Leverage modern testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress to ensure the robustness of front-end code.

Required Qualifications :

Experience :

- 6-10 Years : Proven experience in front-end development, particularly with React, CSS, and responsive design.

Technical Skills :

- Core Proficiency : Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design.

- Component-Based Architecture : Solid understanding of reusable components and state management using Redux or similar tools.

- Mobile-First Design : Experience designing and optimizing applications for smaller screens and cross-device compatibility.

- Version Control : Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.

Soft Skills :

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
