UI/UX Designer - Adobe Creative Suite (1-3 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our creative team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in designing user interfaces and creating exceptional user experiences for digital products. The role requires a deep understanding of design principles, HTML, CSS, and proficiency with design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience working on CRM and dashboard projects is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement highly effective and visually appealing UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications.

- Create interactive mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize user journeys and interface layouts.

- Develop user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and technical constraints.

- Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless integration of UI/UX designs into the final product.

- Ensure consistent design across platforms while maintaining high standards of usability and accessibility.

- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define product design requirements.

- Contribute to the overall design strategy for CRM and dashboard applications, ensuring an intuitive user experience.

- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices to bring innovation into designs.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 1 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX Design.

- Strong skills in HTML, CSS; must be able to create responsive and interactive designs.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch.

- Experience with creating mockups, wireframes, and prototypes.

- Solid understanding of user experience principles, usability, and accessibility.

- Experience working on CRM systems and dashboard projects.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.

- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
