UI/UX Designer - Adobe Creative Suite (3-9 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Team Collaboration : Work closely with agile team members, including developers, copywriters, and UX designers. Contribute as a proactive team player to drive effective collaboration and project progress.

- User-Centered Design Conceptualization : Develop innovative, user-focused design concepts that simplify and enhance the user experience.

- Wireframes and Prototyping : Create and refine wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and user flows. Clearly communicate design concepts and interactions through visual artifacts.

- Design Presentation and Advocacy : Present and defend design decisions based on principles such as color theory, visual hierarchy, and user-centered thinking. Ensure alignment with the design roadmap.

- Visual Design Process Management : Oversee all phases of the visual design process, from initial concept to final hand-off to engineering.

- Industry Awareness and Skill Enhancement : Stay informed about the latest industry standards and best practices to enhance the team's design quality.

Qualifications :

- Design Tools : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

- Prototyping Skills : Hands-on experience with prototyping tools such as InvisionApp, UXPin, or Balsamiq.

- Wireframes & User Flows : Skilled in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.

- UI Design Knowledge : Strong understanding of UI design principles across different devices and platforms.

- Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills for effectively presenting and communicating design ideas.

- Graphic Design Experience : Demonstrated experience in graphic design with a creative and problem-solving mindset.

- Agile/Scrum Familiarity : Previous experience in agile or scrum environments, enhancing team adaptability and responsiveness.

- Front-End Knowledge : Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to facilitate collaboration with development teams.
