Manager - Human Resources - IT/Telecom/Internet/Online (4-8 yrs)

We are actively seeking a dedicated and committed Human Resource Lead to support our growing staff and ensure their well-being so that the staff can succeed in their roles.

Your tasks

Strategic HR Topics:

- Align with global HR to contribute and implement strategy at India level

- Promote Kireap company values, vision, mission

- Develop/implement for Ethics & Compliance in the workplace

- Promotion of Work Safety and Field Safety (including Women Safety)

- Develop Employee Training & Support programs

- Planning for headcount and new recruitments

- Compliance to company law and labor law

- Strategy for knowledge creation & knowledge transfer

- Mechanism for 360 degree performance assessments

- Overall Payroll & People Administration

Operational HR Topics:

- Manage end to end process of recruitment, onboarding, and exits (contracts, interviews, certificates, settlements, etc.)

- Organize employee performance assessments

- Maintain/update employee records/files

- Administer employee benefits (medical insurance, pension plans, EPF, etc.)

- Implement training programs and work safety procedures

- Be available to address staff concerns in calm and respectful manner

- Manage company accounts - payroll, expenses, people, tax filing

You are:

- Empathetic to people issues and good listener

- Hands-on approach, self-motivated and autonomous

- Willing to travel between Kireap locations and occasional field visits

- Able to assimilate with diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds

Your experience:

- MBA in HR, Master's degree from a premier college in Human Resources
