Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences and designing intuitive, visually appealing products. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class travel technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end product design processes, from concept to delivery.

- Conduct user research and UX studies to inform design decisions.

- Apply design thinking principles to create user-centric solutions.

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.

- Ensure a cohesive visual identity across all products.

- Advocate for a mobile-first and device-compatible design approach.

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

- Iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing design solutions.

- Expertise in visual design, user research, and UX methodologies.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

- Strong understanding of design thinking and user-centered design principles.

- Experience with mobile-first and responsive design strategies.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
