Job Title: Client Service (Event Specialist)

Job Summary:

The Client Service (Event Specialist) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through targeted events. This role combines client service expertise with event planning skills to enhance client engagement, improve satisfaction, and strengthen brand presence. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with excellent organizational skills, experience in client-facing roles, and a strong understanding of event management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning & Execution

• Design, organize, and coordinate client-focused events, such as workshops, webinars,

and networking sessions, that align with the companys goals and client needs.

• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, invitations, registration,

setup, and post-event feedback.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure that event messaging aligns with

overall branding and outreach goals.

• Develop creative ways to engage clients and increase attendance and participation at

events.

2. Relationship Building

• Foster strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing client

needs, and anticipating future needs.

• Regularly discuss with clients about their goals, understand their feedback, and provide

solutions to enhance their experience.

• Coordinate with account managers and other teams to ensure client satisfaction and

continuous improvement in service delivery.

3. Reporting & Analytics

• Track and report event metrics, client feedback, and engagement KPIs to assess the

impact of events and outreach initiatives.

• Use data insights to improve future events and client engagement strategies, ensuring

alignment with company goals.

• Prepare post-event reports with analysis and recommendations for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related

field.

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in client service, event planning, or a similar role.

• Skills:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, event management software, and MS Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data interpretation.
