Job Description
- Data Analysis Reporting: Compile, analyze, and interpret financial and performance data to produce comprehensive reports that support the Collaboration and Security Business Entities.
- Analytical Proficiency: Strong capability in analyzing data to derive meaningful insights and trends that support strategic decision-making.
- Support Process Improvements: Assist in the review and optimization of reporting processes, contributing to efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and key stakeholders, including finance and technology teams, to provide insights that support decision-making.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable insights.
- Adherence to Compliance: Ensure reporting aligns with financial standards, compliance requirements, and internal controls.
- Data Visualization: Use tools like Microsoft Excel and reporting software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to create dashboards and visualizations that make data easily understandable for non-technical stakeholders.
- Support Audits: Assist with financial audits by preparing the necessary documentation and offering clarification on performance reports.
- A Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, and business insights.
- Preferred Skills: Candidates with knowledge or hands-on experience in financial data modelling, or statistical modelling will be preferred. While these skills are not mandatory, they are highly desirable
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools (such as Power BI or Tableau), and basic financial analysis skills.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate data insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Automation: Familiarity with automation tools for reporting processes and a basic understanding of programming languages such as SQL would be a plus.
- Financial Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial statements and key business metrics.
- Self-Starter: Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently, while maintaining a collaborative approach.
