Finance Strategy Associate

 

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations:
Process and record financial transactions including accounts payable,
accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
Assist in preparing and reviewing budgets and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Reporting & Analysis:
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
statements.
Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve
financial performance.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
and reports.
Taxation:
Manage payroll processing and ensure timely disbursements.
Assist in tax computations, filings, and liaise with external consultants for
compliance.
System Improvements:
Suggest and implement improvements to financial processes and systems to
enhance
ciency.

Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of all financial data.

Required Skills & Experience
1. Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:
1. 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience in accounts payable, receivable, budgeting, and

financial reporting.
Exposure to financial operations in SaaS or technology-based
companies is preferred.

2. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to interpret financial data, perform variance analysis, and
provide actionable recommendations.
A proactive approach to identifying ine

ciencies and suggesting

process improvements.

3. Communication and Collaboration:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey financial
information clearly.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and

communicate with stakeholders.

4. Attention to Detail and Organization:
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial data
management and reporting.
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet
deadlines consistently.

5. Adaptability and Learning Ability:
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new financial tools, processes, and
industry changes.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

6. Compliance Knowledge:
Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements in India.
