Overview:

The Ad Operations Manager will setup, manage, monitor and report advertising campaigns across Cineverse s platforms. You will work closely with internal teams & US supervisors, and cutting-edge technologies to optimize programmatic ad performance. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Tag Management:
  • Configure and implement VAST tags for both supply and demand relationships.
  • Collaborate with US supervisor to ensure proper tag functionality.
  • Being informed on communications with external partners & US Supervisor for demand contracting
• Campaign Setup & Management:
  • Setting up campaigns for the Direct Sales Team in ZOHO CRM
  • Set up & oversee the end-to-end workflows of programmatic ad campaigns & various internal process
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and make optimizations as needed.
• Platform Reporting:
  • Generate and analyze reports from multiple ad server platforms, identifying actionable insights.
  • Maintain consistent reporting practices on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to support internal and external stakeholders.
• Ad Set up, Testing & Validation:
  • Setting up house ads and internal advertising for Cineverse s owned and operated content and networks
  • Test and validate ad requests and responses to ensure compliance with campaign goals.
  • Monitor fill rates, render rates, and errors on ad serving on owned and operated platforms as well as Cineverse s direct sold campaigns on 3rd party channels.
  • Work alongside engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Workflow Support:
  • Support SSAI workflows and associated technologies (on-the-job training provided).
  • Maintain internal documentation and best practices for ad operations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• • 3-5 years of programmatic advertising experience.
  • 2-3 years managing a team is required
  • Hands-on experience with SpringServe is preferred
  • Experience using the Publica Ad Server is preferred
  • Experience with AdTelligent Ad Server is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Indicue Ad Server is highly preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of VAST technology and macros.
  • Fluency in CTV video advertising.
  • Proficiency in the Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to ask questions.
  • A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ready to work in US overlap hours (not limited to) till 12pm US Pacific Time.
