Sr Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert in programmatic ad operations
- Analyze complex programmatic ad campaign data and ad creative to identify advertisers, brands, and products
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to optimize ad operations workflow
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless data integration and insights
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in programmatic advertising and ad technology
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in programmatic ad operations or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills, including xlookup functions and compound functions (If, IndexMatch, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with programmatic advertising platforms, including DSPs and SSPs
- Knowledge of data management platforms (DMPs) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Familiarity with American entertainment, including TV, movies, and products
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
Shift:
IST 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM
