Senior Human Resource Business Partner

We are seeking a personable, experienced human resources business partner to join our growing organization. In this position, you will primarily act as a consultant for company management on all issues related to human resources. You should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.

What are you expected to do?

• Develop HR strategy - Work with senior management to create an HR strategy that supports the company's goals. Collaborating with leaders to develop people strategies, policies, and programs.
• Lead HR projects - Ensure HR projects are delivered on time
• Analyze HR metrics - Identify trends and gaps in HR programs, and make recommendations for improvement
• Employee relations- Addressing employee grievances and issues, and acting as a point of contact for employees
• Performance management: Leading and supporting the annual HR cycle, including performance management, merit and bonus awards, and benefits enrollment
• Advocating for diversity and inclusion
• Driving organizational culture
• Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.

Qualification

• Post-graduate or Masters degree preferably in HR
• 4+ years of experience in a core HR Business Partner role
• Previous experience in Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Training and Development is a plus

• We are a Remote First Organisation, however for this role we are looking for candidates based out of Mumbai.
