Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee grievances, exit formalities, joining formalities, leave management, payroll processing, and site management.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to human resource management.
  
• Develop and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention.
  
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve operational issues affecting employees.
  
• Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform administrative tasks as needed.
