As a Senior Software engineer, you will join a motivated team focused on building the next-generation platform to deliver on Cimpresss most strategic priorities. The squad you will join is full-stack -- owning an array of microservices deployed on AWS and various front-end tools and components. We are looking for engineers eager to work at all levels of the stack. If you arent familiar with all levels, dont worry - there will be plenty of learning opportunities available

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Utilize and contribute to shared software used throughout the company including UX component libraries and service frameworks.

• Mentor other developers and share a passion for technology with all your teammates.

• Contribute to a continuously improving software development process emphasizing agile development, cohesive teams, and highly engaged code review.

• Contribute to the overall architecture and technical direction of the projects.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience and/or training.

• Proficiency in NodeJS programming development language. If not expertise in Node.JS - should be good at Java/C# and open to explore new technologies

• Proficiency in at least one scripting language, with JavaScript/Typescript preferred.Ability to contribute at multiple levels of our stack.

• Experience modern software development and a desire to write (and review) code every day

• Ability to excel on a highly talented team in a fast-paced environment

• Good with Low-Level Design, experience with HLD is a plus,

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• At least 3-6 years of modern web development experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• A strong desire for self-improvement, and an aim to control your own learning. In other words: research which training you need and who can coach you, and we will provide the funding and
