Role & responsibilities

It's a leadership role & it includes managing the entire gamut of HR activities for all the business verticals of the Group.

- Formulate and implement HR strategies that aligns with the overall business objectives of the organization

- Manage the Talent Acquisition for the group with effective onboarding and orientation programs

- Lead the PMS, Employee Engagement & talent development

- Promote continuous learning and professional development opportunities

- Lead the T&D by Identifying training needs to enhance skills and competencies of employees.

- Ensuring HR Compliances are met
